You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant FreePas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely to provide the Services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become the property of FreePas without any compensation to you.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FreePas, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FreePas does not warrant that:

In no event shall FreePas\'s aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid to FreePas in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FreePas, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney\'s fees) arising from:

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after termination, subject to legal requirements.
Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@freepas.com.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration shall occur in Cobb County, Georgia.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FreePas regarding the Services.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by FreePas.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to any successor.
FreePas shall not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

Georgia Electronic Records and Signatures Act: By using our Services, you consent to electronic communications and acknowledge that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as manual signatures under O.C.G.A. § 10-12-1 et seq.
